Pet Policy

We believe that being pet-friendly is a “must-have” in apartment home living. Take comfort in knowing we welcome your smallest pet or even your largest pet, guaranteeing no weight restrictions.  For dogs, breed restrictions do apply. There is a two-pet maximum per home. We require a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the 1st pet and $250 for the 2nd pet, due at move-in. Monthly pet rent is $25 per authorized pet. A pet screening profile with PetScreening is required for each animal.
Pet(s) must be “on a leash” at all times when outside of the apartment and our residents and guests are required to clean up after their pet(s). For more information about our pet policy, pet rent and fees, please contact us.
